Monstef is a designer multibrand clothing store for modern women. A premium segment offering exclusive pieces from emerging American designers and talents from around the world. It’s all about quality and style, with a strong focus on sustainable materials and innovation.
Monstef is a family-owned brand created for women who value both comfort and elegance. Inspired by minimalism, monochrome aesthetics, and geometric forms, it was founded in 2024 by two sisters from Slovenia, passionate travelers who found inspiration in every city and country they visited. The brand is named after the daughters of one of the founders — Monika and Stefania.
Monstef represents a fresh perspective on lifestyle and fashion — a fusion of styles that allows women to create unique and unforgettable looks. It is about elegance, sophistication, and a rebellious spirit. Designed for bold, daring, independent, and confident women, Monstef is an expression of inner strength and individuality.
The first Monstef store opened in the stunning coastal resort town of Portorož, Slovenia. The name Portorož translates from Italian as “Port of Roses.” This breathtaking destination, nestled along the Adriatic Sea, is home to the Kempinski Palace Hotel — an iconic five-star luxury hotel with a rich history, elegant interiors, a grand crystal ballroom, an exquisite restaurant, and a beautiful park. A premium location for a brand that embodies modern sophistication.

THE BRANDING IS INSPIRED BY THE ESSENCE OF FEMININITY
At the heart of our logo lies the Celtic Sisters Knot — a powerful symbol of sisterhood and the unbreakable, eternal bond we share with our sisters and closest friends. This intricate knot is formed by a continuous line, representing everlasting love, devotion, and support that remain unwavering through life’s journeys and challenges. The captivating design of the Celtic Sisters Knot features two elegantly interwoven lines that are never meant to be separated, embodying the deep connection between sisters. Over time, this symbol has transcended its historical roots, gaining worldwide recognition as not only a representation of sisterhood but also a testament to friendship, unity, and solidarity among kindred spirits.
For the Monstef lettering, we have chosen a refined and elegant typeface. Its simplicity and sophistication perfectly align with the brand’s aesthetic and values. At Monstef, our main color palette is defined by the timeless elegance of black and white, with grey used when needed for balance and sophistication. We also have chosen some warm beige palette like an extra color, due to beige colors present in the store interior. To celebrate special occasions, we created a set of heartfelt illustrations (we used Recraft AI and rework a lot with illustrations). We also created Two Sisters (Monica & Stefania) in the warm and festive atmosphere of New Year.
The color palette for this illustrations was inspired by a paintings provided by our client as a reference which you can find in the store, resulting in a beautifully soulful and emotional. So illustrations look very colourful and full of positive energy.

In our collaboration with Monstef, the sophisticated multi-brand design store in Portorož, we brought their refined aesthetic to life through a carefully curated suite of visual materials. Each item was designed with attention to detail and crafted to reflect the brand’s elegance, minimalism, and high-end positioning.
Business Cards
Printed on luxurious, tactile paper with elegant embossing, these cards serve as a refined introduction to the Monstef universe. The texture, weight, and finish convey a sense of understated luxury from the first touch.

A bespoke series of illustrated cards created for Monstef clients. Each card is printed on premium paper and paired with a matching envelope — perfect for heartfelt messages and moments of connection.
Branded Paper Bags
Minimal yet impactful, our paper bags feature carefully selected varnish accents that elevate the tactile experience, blending functionality with visual allure.
Square Leaflets
These compact, beautifully printed leaflets offer a snapshot of the Monstef brand universe— elegant, informative, and visually captivating. Each leaflet features a unique detail: a transparent square insert layered within, adding depth, texture, and a tactile surprise that reflects the brand’s refined attention to detail and love for sophisticated design gestures.
